Class IV laser tools require FDA filings, manufacturing setup, and tooling. We won't build a single unit until the pre-orders we've taken cover the parts, manufacturing, shipping, and legal filings for the production run. Below is the live tracker. Why this exists
In Christmas 1977, Kenner sold an empty cardboard display with a mail-in certificate — toys promised, factory not yet running. Every figure shipped the next spring. We're doing the same. Your refundable pre-order is the commitment device. The threshold is the public proof that we won't manufacture until the run pays for itself.
