FireKeep 55 is a non-refundable founder commitment. The $2,000 buys the founder kit (delivered with our 12-month delivery commitment for physical goods), your seat in the Circle, and lifetime affiliate eligibility — subject to the Founder Tenets below. No equity, ownership, dividends, profit-shares, or securities are conferred. The membership portion of the deposit is non-refundable on a change-of-mind basis. If FireKeep fails to deliver the Keeper Founder Edition within 12 months, the unit's MSRP is refundable; the membership portion is not. Read the full pre-order terms.

How the Circle stays the Circle.

Fifty seats means each founder represents 2% of the brand's most-trusted public face. Membership is a privilege that comes with rules. Break a tenet and management reserves the right to expel — see expulsion clause below.

01 · Safety
  • Wear your OD6 glasses whenever any FireKeep laser is on. Always.
  • Never aim at people, animals, vehicles, aircraft, or reflective surfaces.
  • Never use as a weapon, prop, or for intimidation — in jest or otherwise.
  • Use only in jurisdictions where Class IV laser products are legal.
02 · Lawful conduct + regulation
  • Comply with all applicable FDA, Health Canada, and state/provincial laser regulations.
  • Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly in every promotion (FTC requirement in the US, Competition Bureau in Canada).
  • Do not facilitate sale or shipment to restricted jurisdictions (CA, MA, NY, AU, DE, CN, UK).
  • Do not sell to or market toward anyone under 18.
03 · Pricing integrity
  • Promote at MSRP — the published retail price on firekeep.ca.
  • Do not undercut MSRP in any promotion (no flash sales, no off-discount drops).
  • Do not gouge — no scalping, no resale at >110% of MSRP except in genuinely value-added bundles you've assembled.
  • Coupons and promotional discounts must be authorized in writing by FireKeep before use.
04 · Brand integrity
  • Do not co-brand FireKeep products with weapons, military / tactical / "self-defense" themes, or anything contradicting brand values.
  • Do not modify FireKeep products in ways that defeat safety features (interlocks, emission delay, FireKeep Mark on the muzzle).
  • Do not represent yourself as a FireKeep employee, spokesperson, or officer — you are an independent affiliate.
  • Do not make claims about products beyond what's in published specs and our marketing.
05 · Honest representation
  • Disclose your affiliate relationship in every promotion. "I'm a FireKeep 55 founder and I earn a commission on this link" satisfies FTC + CB.
  • No fake reviews. No astroturfing. No sock-puppet accounts.
  • No false claims about competitor products.
  • Never solicit beyond your authentic network — no spam, no cold outreach campaigns.
06 · Expulsion clause
  • The Founder Council (initially: the founder + 2 long-tenured founders, once we have them) reviews allegations of breach.
  • Minor breaches (missed disclosure, late filing) get a single warning. Two warnings within 12 months = automatic expulsion.
  • Major breaches (safety violations, illegal sales, weapons co-branding, fraud) trigger immediate expulsion with no warning.
  • Expelled founders forfeit affiliate eligibility, future limited-edition access, and Founders' Weekend invitations. Earned-but-unpaid commissions are retained by FireKeep. The Keeper Founder Edition unit you received is not recalled. The $2,000 founder slot remains non-refundable.
By claiming a Founder slot you accept the Tenets above. The Tenets may be updated by FireKeep with 30-day notice; material changes that materially diminish founder benefits are not permitted retroactively without consent. Any dispute is resolved per the governing-law clause in the Terms of Service (British Columbia, Canada).
