FireKeep currently ships to the United States and Canada — in jurisdictions where Class IV laser products are legal for consumer sale. Standard shipping is included; expedited is $35.

- Hawaii, Alaska — feasibility under review (compliant but logistics premium)
- European Union, UK — pending CE marking (Year 3 target)
- Australia — Class IV laser products restricted to industrial/medical use
- Germany — > 1 mW lasers restricted
- China — import restrictions on portable laser devices
- Anywhere subject to US/CA export sanctions or where receiving Class IV laser products would violate local law
If you order from a restricted jurisdiction, we will cancel the order and refund you in full. There's a jurisdiction-confirmation checkbox at checkout — please answer honestly. We can't ship somewhere we can't legally ship.
Pre-order timeline
FireKeep's first production run ships Q3 2026 (Watchman + Warden) and Q4 2026 (Keeper). Orders within those tier batches ship in serial-number order from order date.
Once your unit is being prepared for shipment, you'll receive an email with tracking. Once tracking is created, the refundable pre-order window closes (your card has been charged since order time, but until tracking is created, refund is automatic on request).

All shipments include carrier insurance for the full purchase price. We pay the insurance. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, that's on us — see Returns.
Customs & duties
Domestic Canadian shipments: No customs. GST/PST/HST is calculated at checkout based on your province.
US shipments: FireKeep is a Canadian-manufactured product, so US shipments cross the border. Under CUSMA (USMCA), there is generally no duty owed on goods of Canadian origin under USD $800 per shipment for personal use — and FireKeep units fall under that threshold.
We file the customs paperwork for you, declare the actual value, use HTS code 8543.70.99 (laser product, other), and pay any duties. You will not be charged customs fees on delivery. If you do receive a customs bill from the carrier, send it to us — we'll reimburse you within 5 business days.
Restricted-jurisdiction handling
If you place an order with a shipping address in a state, province, or country where we cannot ship Class IV products, the order will be auto-canceled within 24 hours and refunded in full. There is no penalty.
If you're trying to ship to a friend or family member in an eligible jurisdiction (and you live in a restricted one), that's fine — the legal recipient is the one who needs to be in an eligible area.
Address changes
Pre-order address changes: email [email protected] any time before tracking is created. We'll update.
After tracking is created: changes have to go through the carrier directly. UPS and Canada Post both allow address changes for a small fee. We'll send you the tracking number and you can manage that side.
Lost or damaged shipments
Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo (if damaged). We'll file the carrier insurance claim ourselves. You'll receive a replacement unit shipped same-week, before the carrier completes the investigation. We absorb the cost.
